I have attended a live auction in Seminole county a few years ago to see what it was about and now Orange County does theirs online.

The real money in Lease-Options is in devising variations of the basic option to purchase, teaching, mentoring and selling the programs as you saw at the seminar you attended.

The act of attending meetings and networking with people will really help you in finding someone who would be willing to help and/or mentor with you.

Right now I see myself pursuing a strategy of primarily seeking rental cash flow which I will support/supplement with a few flipping deals annually.I'm planning on attending my first REIA meeting next Saturday and am really excited at the prospect of being around fellow real estate investors.Like most new investors I would love to find somebody I can help help me as a mentor.

I wouldn't normally mention something like this or even attend but several local member from BP will be there.
