Hello everyone,

I have recently came across this real estate social networking site and wanted to introduce myself. I have limited real estate background - took several classes in business school, and participated in a few investments as a loans investment analyst during my days working at a hedge fund. My short term goal is to make real estate investing a full time job, either at a real estate investment shop, or in an entrepreneurial capacity.

Currently focused on multi-family residential segment around Baltimore, MD. Presently looking at rehabing opportunities, but open to other investing strategies as well. Looking forward to building a network with anyone else who is involved in the industry around here, and beyond.
