The other parcel has 3.5 acres which has an all brick ranch house built in 1967. it has 3 Baths, 3 Bed. 2 fire places. it was custom built. cedar closets, knotty pine wall, partial finished basement, two fire places (one brick one marble from italy) It also has a HUGE cinder block barn (2 levels) on the property (as it used to be used as farm land a long time ago).

I’m currently 20 years old in college as a marketing major and I’m about 2 years away from graduating(taking summer classes now hoping to finish faster)  I’ve been wanting to pursue real estate for quite a while now but it’s seem almost impossible to do with little to no cash or credit, I’ve seen many videos and even bought Kris Krohan training program and this was supposed to help me secure deals with “no money down”.

There are markets where 2% is easily attainable, and 1% is nearly unheard of, but what's important is that you still have a minimum cashflow and ROI that you're willing to accept after completing a full analysis.
