Looking for a Developer to sell property to in Macomb County MI

I have 6.5 acres in  MI. I am looking for some advice on how best to sell this to a developer.  there are two parcels of land one is 3 acres strictly land and trees. The other parcel has 3.5 acres which has an all brick ranch house built in 1967. it has 3 Baths, 3 Bed. 2 fire places. it was custom built. cedar closets, knotty pine wall, partial finished basement, two fire places (one brick one marble from italy) It also has a HUGE cinder block barn (2 levels) on the property (as it used to be used as farm land a long time ago).  I believe the it would be more valuable to sell both parcels to one person i.e. developer to repurpose and build.  Most people are buying houses and tearing them down and rebuilding. So I'm trying to see if I should just start calling developers first or should I call a realtor to see what they say. Any advice would be appreciated. thank you
