Which software do you use for communication and collaboration?

Really looking for a tried and tested individual that produces timely / quality work and has great communication.  

then u would have to refinance it into your own name/loan.or you could OPM by getting a loan from a rich person straight upfor an FHA loan-  if you have usually above a 620+ credit score, they will calculate your income based on the last 2-3 years of your W2s to see if you make enough to afford it.

Is there anyway that I can communicate with the debtors  personally or do you think everything will have to be channeled through the owners.

- I'm confused at what entity to communicate with new owners, brokers, etc with if each property I own has it's own LLC, which is why I thought of the umbrella.What do you guys think/do with this?
