Software/Advice for Large-scale Renovation Management

Hi all,

I greatly appreciate your time, advice and expertise. I'm just getting started, but I'm working to learn quickly.

Total Property Solutions Overview:

-Focusing on renovation management of $20k+

-Remotely managing a network of subcontractors dispersed nationally. (Not concentrated in certain markets, but spread thin throughout the country.)

Important Question:

What is the best software for a property renovation management company to manage a widely dispersed network of subcontractors?

Key features desired:

-Automatic photo uploading and storage cloud

-CRM systems to manage subcontractors (contact info, share documents, easily communicate)

-Project management dashboard with status updates to oversee work progress from initial scope of work bid to final renovations completion

We will keep our accounting as a separate integration so our books will be reconciled with Quickbooks or a similar accounting software.

I'm grateful for any help. I'll be happy to reach out to any contacts or references you provide me!
