As an affordable housing manager aka -slumlord ,I find it very comical  big difference is your hands on.. if your hands on you can make these mom and pop deals work.. your not and its usually a slow bleed and you end up picking it up for half of what the person paid for it.. thats how that cycle works. 

There has been the occasional deal that has popped up, but it will at best be a fixer upper or need something creative done. 

I see a lot of people walking around 32204 and they walk to the bars, coffee houses, I am waiting for the ride sharing bikes and scooters to start popping up in 32204 and 32205. 

You'll start seeing the same names pop up in the areas you are looking.

After seeing Core Logic pop up on some properties that I was researching via the county website, I too was wondering about their role in paying taxes. 

Just type in Real Estate Investors Toronto and I'm sure plenty will pop up.
