@Dennis M any attorney will close twice with you and take payment twice! Lol
It would be helpful if you explained exactly what you're looking for and what you mean by double closing. Any attorney can do two transactions. But if you mean where the funding somehow transfers from end buyer to original seller, and you get the spread in between, good luck with that. Better off finding an attorney that will close a wholesale/assignment deal. And those deals have their own set of challenges. Most straight forward and honest way to do things is:
(1) Accrue enough cash to buy a house
(2) Find a house for a great deal because you have cash and can buy it no prob and the person needs it gone now
(3) Sell house for more than you paid
(4) Repeat steps 1-3
