Different way to structure wholesale deal

Hi all -

I have a seller who's not too keen on the idea of wholesaling. I'm about to put his property under contract. The person I'd like to wholesale it to is a friend of mine who I trust.

Could my friend and I create an LLP that buys the property, he pays me comission, and I leave the partnership?

I'm looking for alternate ways of "wholesaling" it.

Thanks,

Ben

@Shannon Wright

This is great information, I’m a newbie so some of the vocabs I’ll have to look up lol but sounds clear and safe! Now I’m in PNW, what should I look for in a escrow company to be that perfect match!, are there some better than others?
