I plan to keep this property for a while, as I'm in a booming area with very limited supply just north of NYC.

@Jim Cran I got a fully rehabbed 5 bedroom section 8 property in North Collinwood, yeah not afraid of the higher crime areas and the other in in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, lower crime area but this house needs a little work.

Other 4 plex units go for under 100k in my area and under 200k in a larger city north of me.
