Hey BP I am located in Rhode Island and am looking for an inspector in my area.

@Leann Shirley I was looking in the Merritt Island/Rockledge area a couple years back as I had family there (since moved) and found opportunity for good rental properties, not sure if that has changed.As far as finding money, could be different there but in PBC if you find a good deal the money will come. 

I finished the Certified Renovator training today and Rhode Island has already mandated that dust wipe testing must be done (by a Lead Tech / Inspector) at the end of all projects regardless of work methods used.

My parents live on a barrier island and no one will insure them except the state - it is $5500/year.

If there is room, how about islands?

Aparently he is selling everything and moving to the caymen islands.

Property that can qualify are considered valuable islands by those commercial tenants who need them.

The large kitchen features GRANITE counter tops, 42" upper maple cabinets, STAINLESS STEEL appliances and an island that is sure to please.

I used to live on Long Island but commuted to Boston for work, so I would take the Orient ferry every week.
