Hey BP I am located in Rhode Island and am looking for an inspector in my area. I have done some research and found a company that charges investors $250 for properties up to 1500 square feet. Just wondering if this is a good rate and if not, are there any recommendations for inspectors in my area. Thanks

Not familiar with your local market but it is a good deal in PA. Avg home inspections would be $300-$500.
