This is a great place to learn and further investigate investing in real estate.

I feel like I can't mess up with this one.

This past week, I feel like I spent more time on the real estate than the restaurants (city inspections, building permits, managing a construction crew, late rent from tenants, etc. etc. etc). 

This is probably not real common on residential, but we see it now and then. 

Now, I want to do BRRRR and I always wanted do this strategy.

My lender is requiring this and I need to find it ASAP.
