Hi Denise,With the property being a four unit, it should still qualify under Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines, which will probably offer you the lowest interest rate and the longest amortization term.

She did sign a notice of vacating the aparment and on the day she moved out she signed a form for her forwarding address saying she dropped off her keys on Aug 31st.
