I live in Colorado but have a property in Columbus.

Rose,Yesterday, I bought $165 worth of clothes and gifts at my son's volleyball tournament in Columbus, Ohio, and drove back to Washington, DC, only to realize I left everything in Columbus for some stranger to inherit.

I know one hedge fund from CA that went into low end Detroit and I have been trying to help them best I can . but no one can help an investor when the area turns to dust..When I was investing in Columbus Ohio there was a Hedge fund from NY that dropped 20 million into the market and lost most of it.. and that was pre bubble they were terrible investors just had no clue as to the asset class and whats involved

I make a lot of money as a realtor in Columbus, I don't want to be wasting my time on rehab projects, Id rather pay a GC and spend time doing what I love, brokering deals.

I too looked into Indy and Columbus but I have friends that are in MKE and Jacksonville.
