That $200k can drive much higher and more balanced returns (read: free annual cashflow AND earned or unearned appreciation) by being reinvested in something with more units rather than staying stuck in an SFR.Remember that the concept behind BRRing is to add value to a property, then convert that value to cash that can be used for another property.
