Capital Fundings, LLC – Review – Any intake?

Hello BP,

Anyone worked or know Capital Fundings LLC known as Capfund I believe. They said that they have interest rates, 2 points and absolutely no other fees. This will be my first to use a hard money and want to make sure before I make a move. Looking for a lender who can work with Canadian for Fix and flip in Florida. Any feedback or recommendations would be helpful.  Thank you so much.

Hey Eric, They do have good reviews on google, 5 stars - 199 Reviews, which is good but I still need to get more information before I go with them. I did speak to someone, they said no hidden fees and very easy process, they did not say anything else. They answered my questions and that’s about it.

BP has helped me a lot on things I should be looking for. I will definitely call them again and get more info.

Hey Abdul,

Do they have any reviews and have you spoken with a rep yet? Make sure that there are no upfront fees as usually everything is paid at closing.

There are plenty of hard money lenders on here as well that have a positive reputation.

I have not heard of them before; it could be a local lender. however, make sure you ask for references for past clients who have closed with a similar scenario as yours.

not all lenders work with ITIN holders and Foreign Nationals, if you need a referral let me know.

Hi there. I haven’t heard of Capital Fundings, LLC, but I’d be careful and get the terms agreed to in writing. If the terms  are conditioned upon anything else, make sure you know what those variables are too.

We’re seeing an influx of borrowers coming to us because their lender changed the terms on them last minute and they are in jeopardy of losing their deposit or paying wild fees much higher than originally agreed to. If you want to run the terms by me, feel free to reach out directly. I ONLY lend in Florida, by the way :)

Yup you'd do it as a fix and flip foreign national . First time investor is acceptable . 2-4 points sounds about right depending on the scenario
