As he mentioned, vacation rentals have limits on expenses to the extent of the income anyway.

3  2/1 single wide that's being offered from a park management company, they're asking $4000, although when I went in to talk to them it was take it or leave it price is firm.

The dwelling Fire Rates vary widely so you want to make sure you are getting the right coverage and a competitive rate

But really it can range widely depending on the location and losses they've incurred.

I totally understand that it is going to be an expensive operation, that is a given from the extent of the damage.
