They were recommended by BP and some BP investors that I talked with.

Written by attorney investors, it's full of practical advice about the management of investment property, has sample forms that can be edited, and - most importantly - tells you what your primary state laws are and where you can read them.

I know that California markets are so challenging to invest in for cash flow (which is what I am looking for as a new investor).

I’d like to leverage this property and I’m interested to know how more experienced investors have done so.
