What are the things you have to deal with that are unique that I should know about to better my ability to communicate and sell?

Have an extremely unique deal that most lenders you have spoken with have already turned you down. 

Pros: Highly reliable information; ability to get information specific to your unique situation.

My company has a unique turnkey structure, we don't charge a premium of any kind, we work with clients to identify existing properties that meet their buying and goal criteria.

I want to believe that lots of baby-boomers are tired of sell-management, but still want "mailbox money" every month in the form of interest.Has anybody seen this theme recurring in their personal investments?

It's very hard to spit ball numbers on any type of development project because every town has different restrictions and every site within each town is unique.

You do WANT to have something unique or different (location, decor etc) and it is more hands on, but systems work well.

I find It’s tough scary risky and full of unknowns but it’s rewarding and completely unique .
