I sell properties all over Philly and have been trying to figure out when it is appropriate for me to sell them as potential Section-8 homes or just a buy, touch up, and hold in my lower end neighborhoods. I'm inexperienced about Section-8 housing and the process, benefits, or headaches involved and am looking to learn.
Anyone out there in the Bigger Pockets Ethos that can give me a rundown of what you are looking for when you see a potential Section-8 property? What are the things you have to deal with that are unique that I should know about to better my ability to communicate and sell?
