Owning a personal home is a life style decision not a true investment.

I'd be glad to connect you with a lender or any other real estate professional in the Atlanta area needed to make this process a smooth as possible.

This is especially true since most of these partnership/LLCs involve a sweat-equity partner and money partner.

To get true comparisons you'll have to pro forma against leverage to see where you're ROI could be in a leveraged situation.

They hire use to be professional and have their best interests in mind each step of the way and we do that, however, we can't do that (without increasing fees)  if we need to talk to them about each and every issue, instead of just handling the problem.
