So here in Cleveland, OH there is a many a bank owned home which - in addition to be a complete gut job - also have wet basements and/or cracks in the foundation when looking at the basement walls.When I look at homes with those sorts of issues, I can't help but wonder who buys them?

Commercial is a much harder nut to crack in the beginning and you do a lot of leasing etc.. but once you have made it in that game your future commission income potential and reality is HUGE.. 500 to over 1 million a year in commission income is very doable and you get in on many deals you would never get in on otherwise..
