The value of your "property" isn't really based on its physical characteristics, location, upgrades, etc....it's based on its cash flow stream: I don't want your building, I want its cash flow.

Here are a few points that I'm mulling over;1) I intend to hire the services of a property management firm so this will automatically be factored in to the cash flow.2) In the circumstance that I need to travel to any of these places, I have found that Austin and Portland would have higher travel expenses only because they are not travel hubs (airports) like Denver, Seattle or San Diego.

Hubs 3 refinanced the house about ten times for full cash out, and bounced after the last one...ten years or so ago.Oh the house was built on a community golf course that has failed four times, and been bought and failed again three.

I like the people I work with, and the office is a hub of long time experienced real estate owners, property managers, tax consultants and investors- great wealth of information.Recently licensed, and am now on the search to hang my RE license with a brokerage (no brokers in my current office to serve this need).
