Don't be confused by multifamily vs single family the concept is about having multiple rental units.

The auction concept works.

It takes way too much time and there is some truth to the concept of taking your paperwork to get more bids. 

Great concept that clearly works, just need to figure out how to implement it

They buyers literally had no conception there was little to no utility bill and thought they were just adding expense!
