The NYC real estate market has reached another level of ridiculous.

Rates are overall ridiculously good right now, if you live there and the rate starts with 4, or has PMI, or it's a rental and it starts with 5, and your credit isn't horrible, you need to refinance.

Comparing it to a job is ridiculous.

All offers are to be submitted even if it's ridiculous.

But last year we also had a 10" snow come thru on Superbowl Sunday that was ridiculously more than we could handle.

Though I suspect the filing fee is steep, at least in NOLA, just because filing fees are ridiculous for anything.

Or say I assume the underground garage is purchased for $1, then the return on that investment will be ridiculously high and less useful since it is difficult to compare to most investments that take place in the rest of the real estate market.
