The NYC real estate market has reached another level of ridiculous. How is possible to spent $250K on renovations for a 350 sqft apartment? I don't see any gold plated finishes. The penthouse is 2/3 the size of my garage. What are your thoughts on it? Is that the norm for lux real estate in the big apple?
