It depends on your market, theses super inflated markets like Austin, Colorado, and Indianapolis will see a larger correction than the rest

Moral of the story:  if i had $2 million in an IRA, i would seriously consider cashing it out, being left with $1 million, and buying a property that would easily net you $100-120K per year for the rest of your life.What are your alternatives for that sort of income?  

We both signed and I handed it off to the title/abstract company and they did the rest.

Once I finally figured out to focus my time and energy on where my passion was, the rest was history. 

So, you can still do a 100% Sec 179, a portion of which will erase your business income down to zero, and the rest will move to the next year and could be applied next year.

I just can't control other property owners and landlords; I figure I can handle the rest if the price is right.

If it were me, I'd do this and haunt them for the rest of their lives.
