I just recently became a Real Estate Agent and I plan to become an investor very soon with a first flip, taking my family business in Real Estate one step further. 

As much as I want to house hack in a four-plex, it would not make sense for us because it does not align with our deepest needs and desires.I definitely see the benefits of house hacking first, I was just curious what your thoughts were on skipping this step so I don't get caught up in this space and never end up moving on to what really interests me.

And when mixed with the power of compounding, real wealth can be generated from a relatively modest investment.The real return on real estate is not always easy to see, which is perhaps why investors do not pursue it as actively as investments in equities or fixed-income instruments.
