WATER FOR MY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

Hi All,

I recently bought a land in New Jersey for a residential development. I have been unable to get water for this property from the city. I don't understand why the city refuse to give me water, which is hindering the progress of my project.

Could someone please shed some light on this issue and how to go  about rectifying this problem?

I would appreciate your feedback and contributions!

Your civil engineer should be able to tell you why there is a problem.

The city doesnt give you water , you pay to have the water lines run to your property . It isnt cheap either
