Our lease does include that tenants must observe quiet time between 10pm-8am.  

Indicators of a healthy and expanding real estate market include employment growth, population expansion, and strong economic foundations.

So we would desire more private equity, but would be open to creative financing including 1031s or syndication.

Can lost rental revenue be included (so if it takes 3-6 months to evict can that be the sellers obligation through the holdback)?
