Assisted Living Facility Deals and Finding Funding

Hi everyone,

Me and my partner get many assisted living facility deals from brokers and those that are off market, ranging from 6M - 50M. We are struggling with finding strong and motivated equity partners. We aren't interested in doing large syndications and prefer to work with only a few private investors if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions or guidance on how to help us bridge this gap?
