I think that is a great idea however I have a small time line to close probably 2 weeks.

Being new to the area, I am not sure which are the wisest areas to pursue, so I welcome thoughts on the best areas to invest, or more broadly frameworks about how to think about a good deal.I am also interested in advice on the basics of setting up an ideal REI business practice.

But I also don't want to be scrambling trying to find a contractor to look it over when I get it under contract and have my inspection period.I guess at this point I am just looking to get into contact with a general contractor or somebody who can give me a good idea of what they can do the work for on any property I bring them to.

I'll find a contractor soon but want to get a rough idea of numbers before moving forward.
