Would I have any issues with the insurance company in case something happens?

If you had a third party licensed company then they "may" allow it that instance but even then sometimes they say no.

I could give you a few contacts if you like to reach out to that my company has worked with in the past.

That vs at the end tells google to give you a list of similar companies. 

We went through a few companies before landing on the one we have now and are very happy and the numbers reflect that.

Many carriers will not insure someone in this case at all, and the ones that do (if available in your state) will charge dramatically high rates, think $10-$20k a year for a policy.
