Personally I would pass, the margins just aren't there.

Any house in Santa Fe priced under 450k will go under contract in a few days, the 600+ price range finally has some room for negotiating with the market changes.

Some big recent news is Walmart requiring all remote work to now be in person for thousands of jobs.

So just had to fullfil my flying desires personally and pay to fly instead of getting paid to fly. 

For example, if you are primarily networking in person, messaging potential leads on LinkedIn, or active in real estate groups on BP or FB etc., then the website is a point of reference, but isn't as important as the experience and credibility you give off when talking with owners/real estate investors.

Are you referring to private money specifically as like an individual person investor or also including real lending companies like Hard Money Lenders / Private Lenders? 

I am a buyer and am not familiar with assignment contracts.
