Hello bigger pockets I'm building getting tools together to train my virtual assistants does anyone have any advice on what tasks to give that would be most beneficial for my wholesaling business?

From being a GC, I now know that the risk part of a project (LNI, aesbestos, lead-based paint, injuries, employee complaints, milking the clock, OSHA safety compliance, safety training and meetings, litigation, construction defect warranties, etc) equals the cost of direct labor and materials.

I paid $140k and sold it for $675k in 2013 to a Student I trained myself.

What's the most effective way to build and train a team of bird dogs that are reasonably effective?

Is anyone interested in attending Lindahl's Multi Family Millions 3 day bootcamp near Philadelphia PA on 11/18 - 11/20 and splitting up the cost of training with me?

I work as a civil engineer-in-training for a consulting office that mainly deals with municipal/bridge design and construction management.

I may try and rely on that  and keep up some on going communication with him.

Nice thing is I'm a workplace filled with young people who are coming up on time to buy their first house.Ideally, i'm looking for a very flexible set up - A brokerage that is close to my current workplace, good training, investor friendly, and reasonable fees.

Normal location issues apply to investment properties also:  busy road, train tracks, next to volunteer fire department, etc.

Don't get caught up thinking you'll catch the express train all the way to the top.
