Off topic slightly check out HOOTSUITE I just started using it and its a free service and you can add your twitter, facebook, facebook fan pages, and other social networks to it its very user friendly and you can pre-set status messages, send messages, follow new people, etc (just something to check out)

I think you owe your client - especially those who are new to real estate - the duty to help them find the house that is right for them, whether it be traditional sale,Unless you are voilating Fair Housing Laws (Descrimination based on: race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, and national origin; blockbusting; steering), I don't see any legal obligation to show a property or obligation to do business with a potential client.

Both Colton and Rialto have a lot of historic homes that are near tear down status and are the small 2 bed 1 bath on a small lot which isn’t today’s modern preferred floorplan so might be tough to rent out and compete with an apartment.
