Normally if you are at a "foreclosure" auction your purchasing from the bank so just arrive early and ask the asset manager or the trustee/attorney/auctioneer who arrives to liquidate the property.

The agent here may have been a great agent who did exactly what the market told them to do in under pricing it....or they might have just been stupid and under priced it, but usually the market is self correcting where there is enough liquidity.
