I know those guys at CFX and think they've built an impressive product, however the lack of secondary liquidity cannot be solved by UI/UX.  

I've requested for a 1031 exchange option and also mentioned that I might do a partial exchange (For some liquidity).

Normally if you are at a "foreclosure" auction your purchasing from the bank so just arrive early and ask the asset manager or the trustee/attorney/auctioneer who arrives to liquidate the property.

The agent here may have been a great agent who did exactly what the market told them to do in under pricing it....or they might have just been stupid and under priced it, but usually the market is self correcting where there is enough liquidity.

I agree with what has been said before, start small and get your feet wet before you delve into non liquid properties. 

I have a quick question I think I found a decent deal on a 15 unit complex in Plant City, Florida but I'm starting to get discouraged due to finding out they don't have a 2 year profit and loss statement due to a corporate liquidation sale that the place is going thru should I continue?

I've read it's an expanding city with job growth looking to invest in a multi family units out here found a deal seems too good to be true due to corporate liquidation sale

Another said you need a "roof sealant" liquid to change the color.

Right now, I don't really have much liquid cash, so I am hoping to find cheap places to purchase and flip in order to grow my capital and reinvest.
