Hi All, I am a former Remodeling Company owner in which we helped a realtor flip investment properties. I just moved to AZ, my aunt is a realtor here and uncle is a contractor. By Day I am a Sr. Project Manager for Software Development. I understand construction, managing a remodel project and the homebuying process.

I am here to learn more about wholesaling, flipping and buy and hold. I want to get a better grasp on how to find good properties to flip,  as well as how to get funding for flips. Right now, I don't really have much liquid cash, so I am hoping to find cheap places to purchase and flip in order to grow my capital and reinvest.  There is still a lot I don't know and am looking forward to learning from the best.
