Get a partner to learn from and can compliment skills or resources you don't have (if you have money but limited skills, partner with a flipper; if you have skills and no money, partner with a money guy). 

In my leases, any hotel or other accommodation needs to be pre approved and states a $ limit per day and conditions under which it may be an option. 

Germany has quiet hours and days which limit the majority of traffic.

This isn't like California or NY where that would work due to limited space and expensive cost of living.

Individually you may get limited to the number of loans that the banks are willing to give each individual.
