New investor looking to get into single family and multi family properties. Main goal to create some passive income and see just how far I can go with it. Looking to start in the albany ga area where I live. Turning out to be a kinda rough market in my eyes but then again I am new to the game lol. hey man! How have you been? I am also looking to invest in rental property here in Montgomery.

I was going to do it in the Albany area, until I switched jobs and then moved.

If all goes to plan, we will purchase our first one in July.
