I'm specifically looking at the North Carolina Coast (OBX, Atlantic Beach, Emerald Island, Ocean Isle, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Kure Beach, Surf City, Topsail, Carolina Beach, Wilmington).

But that comes at the expense of being on an ever shifting barrier island.

I like the interface, so far.This property is on the barrier island in the area South of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, so demand seems to be pretty high My first booking is for January for 5 adults and 60 days. 

Further, if you're up in Rhode Island, you presumably won't even have to go into the rough area yourself, so what's the concern? 

Say padre island, Corpus Christi...etc....just looking for nice weather and possibly a good deal..I've been to the west coast.....Arizona....Las Vegas....and now Forida.

About a year ago, my sister and brother in-law just walked away from their house on Long Island, NY (Suffolk County).

Next week I add Ecuador (galopogos Islands) and in Oct I have a Danube River cruise that visits 8 countries, and 7 will be new; Bosnia,Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

Looking to dialoguge on this topic so let me begin by saying this; I do not believe that we should have an open border, however in a country where we enjoy the melting pot status, where Ellis Island brought in the ancestors of some of our finest citizens, where none of us originated here, and also where we brought in millions against their will(slavery), I think it only fitting that we work to make a way that people from south of the border can come here and enjoy the fruits of this nation just like those who came from Europe, Asia and elsewhere.

I dont know the current market but a lot of area is land locked so long term should push up.
