Now, say another person is always on facebook arguing and fighting with people over dumb stuff, acting crazy, lying on people and doing all sorts of things not becoming of someone decent..........you might see that they are looking and not reach out to them.

Basic advice for the forums would be, (1) research answers before asking questions because a lot of the basic stuff is asked daily and the folks who are here daily offering help stop answering the same questions. (2) Make questions as short and to the point as possible, as a lot of people do gravitate toward precision.Otherwise, investing advice is this: The best time to buy an investment property was seven years ago.
