Typical cost of an eviction (IL)

I need to evict a tenant and need to use a lawyer as the property is owned in an LLC. The lawyer in the form I use said he's $250 an hour with a $2k retainer. Any ideas of the total cost, in your experience? I need to formally evict them with the attorney but plan to sue for all of the damage they caused in small claims court on my own. Thoughts?
