We spoke at length at the last Dave Lindahl's event and I can certainly say that she is very knowledgeable in this field. 

It took a Tony Robbins event to get her to finally let go of security and enjoy the freedom, but still!

In this most expensive state and in one of the hottest markets, the more you have the more likely it'll be for you to close on a deal, any deal.

If you want to get make some real $$, design a predictive algorithm that can determine the probability of a family selling their home after certain life events, i.e. new kid, different job, losing a job, etc.
