And of course price usually is the issue if its priced right things sell  priced to high they sit at least for single family parcel. 

For example our bridge loan product is ok with your debt to income being to high at the time of purchase as long as the debt to income will be low enough to qualify once you rent (or sell) your current home.

The people that have tried to do STRs realize how much work it is and how hard it is to operate at a high standard.

With interest rates this high, really the only logical answer from a numbers perspective is "put more down". 

Got quotes that came up to as high as 8k one time and found many companies that would cover the home but would exclude Wind and other items which is not good in the state of Florida where hurricanes occur.  

I highly recommend hiring a local RE attorney to draft this unique document.
