If you bought them cash, I would seriously consider pulling the cash from at least one (assuming it still has healthy cash flow after you do) and look for the next deal, given that you want to live off this income eventually.

After watching some online-course video clips at BP, I realized learning from a big map is the best start for me to learn something brand new, rather than digging holes on every single aspect.I'm glad that I've found BiggerPockets, a great platform and opportunity for RE investors from all over the world to share, learn, and network online, especially someone new in the industry like me who is shy and doesn't feel comfortable to actively approach "strangers" in reality due to the personality.If there's anybody here from Canada as well, I will be more than happy to connect with you.

I purchased the book of all parcels, went through by zip code and identified the ones I was interested in (over 100) and watched as the auction date approached and they were all satisfied and taken off the auction list by the time the auction happened.
