If my partner passes on an investment and I have to pay the full downpayment(going into the property solo) , my money could be sitting around for 2,3, even 4years possibly because my savings rate is less than impressive.

They want to take over the full mortgage payments to help free the parents from debt and also keep the parents as tenants to come and go as they wish.

I've been investing full time in real estate for just under 2 years and love it. 

But I don't like that for 2 reasons. 1) I like FULL control of who gets into my place.

Now time to morph into a human sponge😂

I also work full time as an Engineer and all-in-all I do enjoy it.

Hi everyone,I am looking into starting another full rehab on a house from the 1920's and, while I have a few subs that I feel confident with their quality, we are still really early on in building our team and could always use references/help.

I didn't quit my job straight away, mainly because i couldn't afford to, so I started RE and bit by bit closed deals until I'd saved up a years salary and then jumped in full-time. 

For example, a 2BR might get $800-$900 from a market tenant and you have to collect the full amount.

Within 3 weeks we had a full price offer of $75,000 which was accepted.
