I would suggest buying above grade yellow tablets as the lines are more consistant and the paper feed through the printer better.Good luck... and if I can answer any questions as you work through this let me know.

Your interest premium is fine, but as pointed out, watch out for any usury rate, in Mo. it's 10% on real estate.Colin, be careful relying only on your note training seminar, it's likely someone who wants you to feed notes to them, your due diligence should go way beyond what any note broker puts out as a training program, take care.
