Any one know if this method is correct?

This will be the best method to get in the game and learn from professionals. 

Mass Mutual has paid a dividend every year since the Civil War (and I’m not talking about the Avengers) Foresters (my personal favorite WL company) has a solid track record as well.

Our team is currently using the BRRRR method and finishing construction soon on the rehab portion.

I’m looking at the BRRRR method in a new aspect.

HINT: Asking for their favorite cake recipe may not be relevant, unless you're a super niche REI who only invests in bakery properties.2.

@James Morrissey - my recommendation would be to outsource the first 2 to either an agent or property management company, depending on the predominant method used by your state, and learn the process from them. 

But also want to see the numbers with getting a SFH , and doing a room for rent method .

@Allison Snyder I do not, sorry :) I don’t like that Buildium doesn’t connect to my other favorite softwares so we don’t use it internally.

OR the alternative, take some appraisal courses and learn the methods.
